Basic Salary: 18,000- 20,000 (depending on experience) + allowance + commission

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Hospital Medical Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for a talented professional with a knack for building relationships and a passion for healthcare. You will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals within hospitals in Paranaque, Las Pinas, and Muntinlupa, serving as a key link between our company and the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: You will be the face of our company to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. Your primary goal is to build strong, trusting relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and clinical data of our products through engaging presentations and one-on-one meetings.
• Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within your assigned hospital territory.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the healthcare sector.
• Reporting: Accurately track and report on sales activities and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a related sales role is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, provided they have a strong desire to learn and excel in a sales-driven environment.
• Skills: You must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You should be confident in your ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Work Ethic: This is a field-based role, and you must be willing to conduct daily visits to hospitals and clinics across South Luzon.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business, or Marketing) is an advantage, but not a strict requirement for candidates with relevant experience.
