- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
- Present product information and answer queries effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and report on market trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and organize educational events.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in drug sales, negotiation, presentation, relationship building, communication, data analysis, and medical terminology.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with travel to meet healthcare professionals.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
