THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare services sector in the US, is hiring
Medical QA Analyst. You’ll play a key role in supporting critical operations by reviewing medical reports for completeness and accuracy, tracking documentation across relevant systems and databases, and responding to inquiries and communications related to patient records.
In addition, you'll contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and help management address documentation-related issues as they arise. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented RNs who are looking to apply their clinical knowledge in a non-bedside setting while making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. This position requires
daily onsite work at our BGC office,
aligned with US Eastern Time hours: 8:30PM to 5:30AM PHT.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify medical reports for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain and update documentation in designated systems and databases
- Respond to enquiries and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist management in identifying and resolving documentation or compliance issues
- Ensure timely submission of reports and records in line with organizational deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality assurance concerns
- Flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate as needed
- Participate in audits and support audit preparation efforts
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in documentation and quality processes
Skills, Experience & Qualification
- At least a graduate of medical related course
- At least one (1) year of experience in clerical or administration support; someone experienced in handling or reviewing medical data or documentation (experience in a medical office or insurance setting preferred) is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written; must be comfortable in taking phone calls and high-volume emails.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to stay focused and adaptable under pressure and shifting priorities
