Job Description
- Provide direct patient care based on nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and record symptoms or changes in condition
- Educate patients and families about ongoing care and health management
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulation.
- Educational QualificationsL Registered Nurse with NCLEX passer
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Medical Ward, Surgical, Emergency, Geriatric, OPD, Emergency
- Hospital Capacity: 100 to 200 Bed capacity (Secondary and Tertiary)
- Skills and Competencies: English Passed (ie. OET, TOEFL, IELTS )
