- Conduct laboratory tests on patient specimens.
- Analyze results and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret findings.
- Utilize laboratory equipment and technology effectively.
- Participate in research and quality improvement projects.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Chemicals and Hazardous Materials Management, strong Analytical Skills, knowledge of Safety Laws, effective Problem Solving Skills, Medical Terminology, and Laboratory Procedures.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct specimen analysis, ensure safety protocols, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced laboratory environment with adherence to safety regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills in English.
