- Serve as a subject matter expert on our hematology, chemistry, and reagent products, as well as associated machines and equipment.
- Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support to customers, including laboratory technicians, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting and selling our products, including attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products in the medical technology industry.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on product performance, customer requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and industry experts to enhance product awareness and credibility.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, educational resources, and sales tools to support product promotion and customer engagement.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to hematology, chemistry, and medical technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Previous experience working as a medical technologist or laboratory technician, with expertise in hematology and chemistry analysis.
- Knowledge of a variety of hematology and chemistry analyzers, reagents, and related laboratory equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
