Description

  • Promote and sell medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and procurement officers.
  • Conduct regular client visits to demonstrate products, provide technical support, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or threats.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in the pharmaceutical and medical field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Background in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
