JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder of any medical allied or business course.
Fresh graduates with excellent results are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
1-2 years of professional experience in providing excellent customer service is an advantage but not required.
Fluent in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Fantastic interpersonal communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Available for immediate interview and can start ASAP.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage appointment of patients for screening, surgeries and other procedures to be done with the patient.
Coordinate with the sales agent to make sure that patients are reminded of their scheduled appointment.
Acts as a liaison between patients, sales team and doctors to ensure proper coordination of appointments.
Directly coordinating with the call center team regarding scheduled patients.
To ensure that qualified patients are converted into sales.
Make strategies in order to promote and offer products or services to patients, clients and customer through internal sales and marketing strategies (e.g. corporate presentation, up selling, among others.)
Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with patients to ensure that they are getting the type and quality of care they need.
To provide explanation, guidance and advice to patients regarding their treatment and other complex medical information.
Responsible for reporting to the management patient feedback and concerns through daily patient reports.
Update status of patients through encoding in the Patient Management System.
To suggest ideas on how to improve patient care and services.
Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
