We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented Medical Coders to join our growing healthcare operations team in Cebu!

You’ll play a key role in reviewing medical documentation and assigning the correct diagnostic and procedural codes to ensure accurate billing and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes in accordance with official coding guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with payer policies and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and billing teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as defined by management.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any medical or allied health-related course (e.g., Nursing, MedTech, PT, Pharmacy).
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant medical coding experience (IP or SDS).
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
