About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Media Buyer with 3–5 years of experience managing lead generation campaigns for service-based or B2B businesses. This role focuses on driving high-quality leads through paid media channels, optimizing funnels, and improving cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channel
• Optimize campaigns based on cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, lead quality, and funnel performance
• Set up and manage lead forms, landing page funnels, and retargeting campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copy, and offers to improve performance
• Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets and strategies as needed
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to align messaging and creatives
• Analyze performance data and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Ensure accurate tracking and measurement (pixels, events, conversions)

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist preferred
• Experience managing lead generation campaigns (service-based or B2B experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of lead funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns using performance data
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead qualification workflows
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets
