We are currently on the lookout for a new Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere! 

• Build, test, and launch marketing campaigns in Marketo, including complex nurtures, one-off emails, and event programs
• Implement and manage campaign tracking (UTMs, links, custom fields)
• Ensure campaigns adhere to data compliance and privacy best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize asset production workflows
• Maintain campaign templates and process documentation
• Support and cross-train with Marketing Operations Specialist

Qualification and requirements:

• 1–3 years in a marketing operations or campaign execution role
• Hands-on experience with Marketo (certification a plus)
• Understanding of marketing automation workflows and campaign QA best practices
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines
• Analytical mindset with experience pulling performance metrics
