- The Facilities & Equipment Manager is responsible in overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of plant facilities and equipment by designing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing technical teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- He/She will coordinate with external suppliers for in-depth maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure that utilities remain uninterrupted and within budget.
- He/She shall also be involved in recommending technical upgrades, supporting ISO compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation to drive operational efficiency and continual improvement.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- At least 2-3 years experience in the related field
- With critical thinking and complex problem solving ability
- Good in analytical and managerial skills
- Knows how to interpret Electrical diagram
- Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines
