Description

  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspections, implementing preventive maintenance, and undertaking corrective maintenance.
  • Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utility consumption.
  • Track and communicate work request status and completion.
  • Monitor construction works to ensure strict adherence to guidelines, and provide project status reports to the Property Manager.
  • Prepare and review plans, estimates, and scope of work for various projects.
  • Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and minimize liability for the property.
  • Assist in coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, including testing, verification, validation processes, scheduling, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance of the property with all government requirements.
  • Attend to customers’ inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • Fresh board passers are welcome to apply
  • With 6 months of experience as a building engineer
  • Available to start immediately.
