Aehr Test Systems Philippines is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of mechanical systems for the semiconductor industry. This role is key in driving system-level design, mentoring engineers, and ensuring innovative, high-quality solutions from concept to production.

What You’ll Do

• Lead conceptual and detailed mechanical designs, ensuring integration across subsystems.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges using SolidWorks and advanced engineering tools.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and qualification of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with strong system-level design expertise.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T, and engineering analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and standards (ASME, ISO).
• Hands-on experience with FEA, thermal, and motion analysis.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
