- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze production schedules and workflow to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and reports.
- Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making and enhance productivity.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level applicants encouraged.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, machine setup, and electrical engineering principles; strong MS Office skills.
- Working Conditions: Predominantly office-based with occasional onsite machine inspections.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
