  • Operate cutting machines safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Measure and mark materials accurately for cutting.
  • Inspect cut materials for quality and consistency.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in garment cutting and design.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in pattern design, women’s dress design, and overall dress design techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Cut fabric according to patterns, collaborate with designers, and ensure quality standards.
  • Working Conditions: Typically in a workshop or manufacturing environment, may require standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
