Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audience, category, and cultural research to support strategy development.
  • Assist in developing campaign briefs, content strategies, and creative recommendations.
  • Plot and prepare monthly content calendars aligned to consumer insights, campaign strategy,
  • and brand objectives.
  • Translate research findings into clear slides, insights, and storylines for internal and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with creative, accounts, and media teams to ensure strategies are executable and aligned.
  • Support copywriting for campaign messaging, brand tone, and presentation narratives.
  • Track trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to inform content recommendations.
  • Learn and apply AI tools and prompting techniques for research, ideation, and creative testing.
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and feedback sessions to strengthen your strategist toolkit.


Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in roles such as Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketing Strategist, Brand Strategist, or similar positions.
  • Applicants with strong internship experience in strategy, brand, or digital marketing roles will also be considered.
  • Experience writing copy for ads, campaigns, and marketing materials across digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create integrated and cost-effective social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital touchpoints and emerging tools across platforms.
  • Experience in researching digital trends and supporting pitch deck and presentation development for clients.
  • Prior work or internship exposure in hybrid or digital-first organizations is a plus.


Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical and conceptual thinking, with a flair for storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of consumer research and insight.
  • Awareness of how to use AI tools with proper prompting for research and content ideation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in Canva and strong familiarity with TikTok as a marketing platform.
  • Courses or certifications in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, or related platforms.
  • Exposure to creative concepting, branding, or campaign development in an agency setting.
