Role Description

Sales & Marketing Operations Associate is a client-facing contract position. This is a remote role where you will support clients by managing daily marketing and operational tasks. The role includes coordinating with clients, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and fostering strong professional relationships. In addition, you will ensure client deliverables are met on time while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage client communication, including updates, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Coordinate marketing operations activities across internal teams.
• Track campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support marketing execution through documentation, scheduling, and process management.
• Analyze campaign and operational data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in client data, reports, and CRM systems.
• Assist in improving marketing workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong operational skills with the ability to manage projects and ensure timely deliverables
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Proven experience in customer service with a client-first mindset
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus
• Experience in marketing operations, client servicing, or account management is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing platforms, or project management tools is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
