Key Responsibilities

● Audit internal and external marketing programs, CRMs, ad accounts, and tracking platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency

● Pull and compile reports from sources such as Google Ads, Google business profile, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and other CRM systems

● Maintain and update Google Sheets and Excel dashboards for weekly and monthly performance reporting for marketing, CRM/sales platforms, social media reports, google review trackers and other marketing tools as needed.

● Audit and cross-check campaign and lead data against existing dashboards to identify gaps or discrepancies.

● Support marketing leadership with ad hoc data requests, tracking setup, performance summaries, and competitive analysis reports.

● Document workflows, maintain audit logs, and help standardize reporting practices across the team.

● Collaborate with external vendors or agency partners to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting alignment



Qualifications

● 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, data, or analytics support role

● Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data validation, etc.)

● Working understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including PPC, SEO, email, and social advertising

● Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager is a plus

● Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and analytical skills

● Comfortable handling large datasets and troubleshooting data mismatches

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Skills

● Basic familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking

● Experience with marketing automation or reporting tools (e.g., Databox, Looker Studio, or Supermetrics)

● Interest in marketing technology and data-driven optimization

● Experience in Email marketing platforms a plus (klaviyo, Hubspot etc)
