Role: Paraplanner / Marketing Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, Cebu

Schedule: Night Shift


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Paraplanner to support her retirement planning practice. This key role blends financial planning support with marketing coordination, helping streamline operations while amplifying outreach and client engagement.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in annuities & life insurance, exceptional attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset. You’ll work closely with Lisa to ensure clients are well-supported, the CRM is up to date, and marketing efforts are executed with consistency and creativity.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Administrative Support

  • Track and monitor annuities and life insurance contracts; ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in Less Annoying CRM.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts and alert the client when allocation changes are needed.
  • Set and manage appointments for the client with prospects and clients.
  • Prepare meeting summaries, paperwork, and supporting materials in advance of client appointments.
  • Follow up with carriers on outstanding paperwork, policy updates, and contract details.
  • Track policy anniversaries and notify the client or take appropriate action.
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting preparation, and administrative efficiency.
  • Take initiative to identify tasks and responsibilities to take off the client's plate to improve overall productivity.


Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with current virtual assistants on social media and email marketing strategies to diagnose ineffective methodologies and develop more effective techniques.
  • Support marketing efforts of current assistants through social media content development, scheduling, and posting (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Evaluate current class/event banners, article images, and other visual content to identify areas where improvement is needed.
  • In collaboration with current assistants, maintain and update website with timely content and event info for maximum reach.
  • Direct and track email marketing campaigns, social engagement, and lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor performance of marketing channels and provide suggestions to increase traction and visibility.


Qualification and requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Paraplanner, Administrative, or Client Service role within financial services.
  • Familiarity with annuities and life insurance (required).
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Less Annoying CRM experience is a plus).
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in social media marketing, email marketing platforms, search engine optimization, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, FMG Suite).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client materials.
  • Must be trustworthy, honest, and ethical.
