We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design skills to join our remote team. You’ll support a variety of marketing channels, producing engaging content and visually impactful campaigns. Collaborate with company leadership and designers to execute effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management of marketing accounts and daily activities
• Assist with SEO optimization for company websites
• Draft, edit, and proof website copy, blogs, and newsletters
• Schedule and publish content on all social platforms
• Help coordinate newsletter campaigns
• Maintain and update LinkedIn presence for executives
• Assist with PPC campaign setup and performance tracking
• Liaise with graphic designers and contribute to design work
• Create and edit marketing assets and visuals
• Adhere to project timelines and schedules
• Track all work hours using Hubstaff (mandatory)
• Work full-time within the PDT time zone

• Native-level English proficiency
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, copywriting, and SEO
• Experience supporting PPC campaigns is a plus
• Demonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio
• Familiarity with ActiveCampaign is a plus
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working independently within a remote team
