The Marketing Senior Associate is responsible for implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. They are responsible for managing ALP's website, social media accounts, SEO/SEM, and other digital platforms to maintain ALP's strong presence and positioning across all digital channels and platforms.
The role involves strategic management and direction, which includes executing, analyzing, and communicating digital marketing strategies, checking and analyzing digital budgets, conducting market research, and applying essential functions such as creative content/copywriting, internet search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing management, website management, digital content, graphic design and multimedia management, marketing events management, vendor management, and vendor relations.
Creative content/copywriting involves developing and ensuring that all promotional materials, announcements, and advertisements comply with ALP's branding standards. This includes uploading MDDR in the respective digital platform.
Social media marketing management involves implementing and tracking ALP's digital marketing strategies and campaigns through social media optimization (SMO), maintaining positive online community relationships, and creating, posting, and uploading content that attracts attention and encourages users to share, follow, and subscribe using their social networks.
Website management involves checking, tracking, and analyzing the performance of ALP's website, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact. Analyzing and preparing regular forecasts and recommendations in the areas of site usage and user behavior.
Digital content, graphic design, and multimedia management ensure that ALP's website and other digital platforms provide comprehensive, correct, and updated Company and/or project information that is accessible to existing and potential customers/buyers.
Marketing events management involves partnering with other members of the Marketing team in developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing events relevant to assigned projects. Vendor management involves checking and analyzing proposals, quotations, and portfolios of suppliers, contractors, and/or service providers relevant to the requirements of Digital Marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Business Management/Administration and other related courses with creative elements.
- Minimum three (3) to four (4) years related work experience in all facets of Digital Marketing.
- Highly proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
- With analytical, project management, creative/aesthetic, critical and design thinking skills.
- Highly proficient in various software applications such as MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Adobe Photoshop, Correl draw and other creative/digital software/tools.
- Can deal and handle (low) complex/critical problems relevant to Digital Marketing.
- With advanced knowledge and understanding in Digital Marketing in different platforms from conceptualization to sustaining marketing efforts and initiatives.
- With leadership skills, proactive, result-driven and process approach mindset.
- Proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams, external partners and other stakeholders.
- Very keen on creative details, contents, visualization, and designs.
