Proven experience in the field of sales, specifically in food packaging products

Experience handling or dealing with government-related sales/transactions is an advantage

Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Strong orientation as a mentor/coach; detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and a team player

Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and commitment to completing tasks ahead of deadlines

Excellent skills in leadership, planning, interpersonal relations, analytical thinking, report writing, mathematics, communication, and technical marketing

Possesses sound judgment and decision-making abilities

Knowledgeable in team-building techniques

Proven background in customer and market research, as well as developing effective marketing and sales strategies

Meets or exceeds testing requirements as set by the General Manager/Managing Director

Working knowledge of operations, including automated workflow systems for both digital and press production

Familiarity with ISO documentation and processes

Education

Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
