Lead and mentor the marketing team to execute brand and performance campaigns effectively.
Oversee day-to-day marketing operations including social media, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign results to drive improvements.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
Plan and manage promotions, product launches, and marketing events.
Coordinate with external vendors, media, and creative partners.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.

Proven experience as a Marketing Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent role.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Solid background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and branding.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, influencer platforms, and marketing tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
