R1 Moto Trading OPC is seeking a dynamic and creative Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands the motorcycle market and can translate that knowledge into compelling campaigns and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote motorcycle units, parts, and accessories.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both online and on-ground (e.g., showroom events, motorcades, community rides).
• Manage social media platforms and digital content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and digital ads.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI and customer reach.
• Build partnerships with local motorcycle clubs, influencers, and community groups.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and basic SEO.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for motorcycles and familiarity with the riding community is a strong advantage.
