TeenCare is not a course to “fix” your child. The TeenCare Psychology and Life Skills Tutoring Program is a journey, a community, a nurturing and training environment for your child during their teenage years, preparing them for adulthood.


This is a 3-month to 1-year membership program where teenagers receive comprehensive support through:


  • 1:1 Mentoring Classes – providing psychological support, guidance, and inspiration
  • Comprehensive Life Skills & Gender Studies Classes – learning with peers
  • Morning Fitness Club – improving health and building discipline
  • Extracurricular Activities, Challenges, TeenCare Summer Camp – holistic development

By correctly identifying the trend of investing in education and comprehensive care for children, within just a few months of its launch, TeenCare has thousands of students with high conversion and renewal rates – earning the trust of parents in long-term support for their children.


Job Description

  • Double the number of potential customers within 8 weeks.
  • Maintain a Return on Assets (ROAS) ≥ 2x on paid campaigns.
  • Test, optimize, and implement at least 2 winning campaigns within 30 days.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record with 6-7 figure monthly advertising budgets and high ROAS.
  • Expertise in Facebook/Instagram advertising for the Vietnamese market. Google Ads/TikTok experience is a plus.
  • Deep passion for understanding clients, willing to engage with clients weekly to generate effective and creative ideas.
  • Possesses a good sense of aesthetics and the ability to independently produce or collaborate on the production of effective creative content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-target environment.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings.
  • Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM
