Role: Marketing Executive
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Any CS Branch - - Angeles, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac
Schedule: Morning Shift
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong graphic and web design fundamentals with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
- Ability to produce and adapt assets across multiple formats (print, website tiles, social).
- Strong organisational skills to manage priorities, deadlines, approvals, and version control.
- Practical understanding of social media formats, posting requirements, and scheduling workflows.
- Confident communication skills for coordinating with printers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (or the ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot basic issues).
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (JOBS TO BE DONE):
- Graphic Design and Web Design
- Design and produce print and digital assets including brochures, flyers, POS, website tiles, EDM tiles, and social graphics.
- Resize, reformat, and update creative for campaigns while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Prepare final files for digital use (optimised exports) and print production (bleed, trims, colour profiles, packaged files).
- Print Production
- Liaise with printers and suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm specs, and recommend quantities based on project needs.
- Manage print production timelines, proofs, approvals, and final delivery requirements.
- Ensure artwork is print-ready and troubleshoot issues (file setup, colour, resolution, finishing).
- Social Media Posting and Scheduling
- Build, schedule, and publish content across relevant platforms using scheduling tools and/or native platform tools.
- Ensure content is correctly formatted, proofed, and aligned with campaign priorities.
- Maintain a simple content calendar and coordinate approvals where required.
- Video Editing
- Edit short-form video content for social and digital channels (cutting, basic motion, captions, formatting to platform specs).
- Export platform-ready files and manage versions for different placements.
- Image Retouching and Editing
- Retouch and optimise images (colour correction, cleanup, cropping, resizing, compression).
- Maintain an organised asset library with consistent naming and version control.
- HubSpot Support
- Support HubSpot marketing tasks such as email builds, basic landing page updates, asset uploads, and campaign QA.
- Assist with lists/segments hygiene and simple reporting support as required.
- Maintain templates and ensure formatting, links, and mobile responsiveness meet standards.
Qualification and requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing or creative production role with strong design output.
- Demonstrated experience producing assets across both digital and print formats.
- Experience coordinating external suppliers (e.g., printers) and managing production workflows.
- Experience managing multiple tasks concurrently with shifting priorities and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- HubSpot certifications or digital marketing certifications are advantageous but not essential.
SOFTWARE:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma and/or similar web design/prototyping tools.
- Video editing capability (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- HubSpot familiarity preferred.
PERSONALITY MATCH / SOFT SKILLS:
- Detail-driven, with a strong quality-checking habit (particularly before print or publishing).
- Proactive problem-solver who flags risks early (deadlines, specs, missing inputs).
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly.
- Reliable self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Strong design capability across print and digital.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production workflow (briefs, versions, approvals, deadlines).
- Comfortable working across multiple marketing tasks, not design-only.
