We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves managing leads, presenting our solutions to potential clients, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness and sales. You’ll play a key role in bridging businesses with PayRecon’s innovative systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Present and demonstrate PayRecon solutions to potential customers (online/onsite when required).
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns (social media, email, webinars, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support event participation (trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars) for lead generation.
  • Achieve monthly sales and marketing KPIs.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the product and business teams.


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales drive are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus).
  • Comfortable with phone/online presentations and client interactions.
  • Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, and accounting technology will be a strong advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
