1. Sales Documentation & Processing
• Prepare and process booking forms, sales & purchase agreements (SPA), and other legal documents.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to legal, finance, and other relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and purchaser details.
2. Customer Service & Coordination
• Handle purchaser enquiries regarding property details, payment schedules, and documentation.
• Liaise with solicitors, bankers, and internal departments (finance, credit control, project team) to expedite approvals and loan processing.
• Schedule and coordinate handover appointments and events with buyers.
3. Reporting & Data Management
• Update and maintain sales progress reports, unit availability charts, and booking status.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
• Ensure proper filing of purchaser correspondence and supporting documents (hardcopy & digital).
4. Marketing & Sales Support
• Assist in the preparation of sales kits, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Support sales events, roadshows, and launches (preparation of documents, registration, and on-site admin).
• Coordinate and monitor stock allocation and promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
5. Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure compliance with housing development regulations and company policies.
• Verify accuracy of purchaser information and ensure all required documents are complete.
• Monitor payment collection schedules and follow up on outstanding payments with finance.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Fresh grads encouraged to apply (property/real estate background is a plus)
• Creative, energetic, and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin (essential) and English.
