Role Overview

  • We're on the hunt for a Global Marketing Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. This is not your typical marketing role—this is a high-ownership position for someone who can lead from the front, build powerful global campaigns, and drive measurable growth.


  • You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to fill both live in-person seminars and virtual trading events. This role requires direct response marketing expertise—someone who understands how to generate measurable ROI from event campaigns.


  • The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be highly organised, and be able to coordinate multiple teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality, profitable events.


Key Responsibilities


1.      Event Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to fill live in-person seminars and virtual webinars.
  • Leverage Go High Level and Salesforce for CRM, marketing automation, and lead management.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimised for conversion, using direct response marketing principles
  • Oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns with strong focus on Sales Marketing


2.      Team & Supplier Coordination:

  • Manage and align ad buyers, videographers, content specialists, speakers, slide designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables (ads, videos, graphics, copy) are delivered on time.
  • Oversee copywriting—either creating, editing, or guiding copy (leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT where applicable).


3.      Campaign Scheduling & Prioritisation:

  • Maintain and manage a busy calendar of events, prioritising campaigns that deliver the best ROI.
  • Monitor campaign timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.


4.      Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the sales manager to monitor event attendance, sales conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Adjust marketing strategies in real-time based on campaign performance data.


5.      Communication:

  • Act as the central point of contact between all parties involved in event production and promotion.
  • Ensure everyone understands timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.


6.      Social Media Marketing Leadership/ Online Reputation Management

  • Manage and optimize the company’s social media channels, ensuring content is on brand, relevant, and resonates with target audiences across different regions.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including posts, ads, and video for social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance using platforms like NapoleonCat to assess engagement, brand sentiment, and growth metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to monitor and enhance the company’s online reputation on key review sites such as Trustpilot, Google Reviews

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role (Director or VP level), ideally in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong background in sales marketing, with demonstrated success supporting sales teams and driving revenue
  • Proven experience in direct response marketing, preferably in event-based marketing (seminars, conferences, webinars).
  • Strong Go High Level and Salesforce skills.
  • Demonstrated success in filling live in-person events and virtual webinars.
  • Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills (or proven experience managing copywriters).
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with ad buyers, creatives, sales teams, and external agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and ROI reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and pivot fast
  • Experience in fast-paced industries (FinTech, SaaS, Startups a plus)
  • Passion for innovation, data-driven decision making, and continuous learning
  • Willingness to work across various shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and public holidays to support global client demands.
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments, adapts quickly, and performs at peak levels under tight deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a backup internet provider are required.
  • Work-from-home setup with a quiet, professional environment.
  • Preferably residing within Metro Manila for logistical convenience and potential in-person engagements if needed.


Desirable Skills

  • Experience in the financial education, trading, or investing sector.
  • Understanding of funnels and automated marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and event registration systems.
  • Creative problem-solving and the ability to pivot quickly when needed.
