- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately.
- Ensure inventory is up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, coordination abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, process sales, and maintain store appearance.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long hours, and flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, friendly, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
