  • Managing customer and prospect data
  • Creating sales and marketing reports
  • Assisting in the execution of promotional campaigns (online)
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings or presentations with clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media
  • Preparing and maintaining marketing-related documents

Requirements

  • Proficient in operating computers, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with using social media & digital applications (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented, organized in managing data and documents
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Experience in administration/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Willing to work onsite, remotely, or as a freelancer according to the company's needs
