- Manage and organize documents and files related to social media, influencer programs, and retail marketing initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking, inventory monitoring, scheduling, and reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams for timely execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between marketing, retail, and external stakeholders
- Support event and campaign logistics when needed
- Highly organized and reliable with strong administrative and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with digital files, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
- A team player who can multitask and manage time effectively
- Has an interest in marketing and is willing to grow in a creative, high-energy environment
- Previous experience in an admin or marketing support role is a plus
