Responsible for the overseeing operation of a catering facility, handling all the preparation before the event and after as well.  


  • Assists in scheduling of pantry staffs
  • Assists in training of pantry staff and roll-out of menu items
  • Assists in the creation and update of pantry manual
  • Assists in inspecting dispatch especially during big events
  • Assists in the preparation of gameplan for big events, packed meal events and selling events
  • Maintain, monitor and update pantry documents, equipment and inventory
  • Performs quality control check of food during catering, packed meal and selling events
  • Ensures that all food and beverages are prepared, reheated and served on-site based on established standards
  • Troubleshoot any food or kitchen related situations that may arise
  • Assists with the management of all aspects of off-premise events, including staff supervision, technical meetings, event timeline, special requests, and clean-up
  • Coordinate with SP required and needed equipment for all the events
  • Checks completeness of equipment for all the events, make necessary recommendation if there’s any
  • Close coordination with Captain Waiters for flow of food and set-up


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any food related course
  • With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • With extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Strong understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment e.g. stoves, slices, knives, dish machines
  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills
  • Team player with ability to take direction
  • Computer competency
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire event
