Job summary:

• The MC Manager will act as the Procurement Manager within a managed services framework responsible for overseeing procurement operations on behalf of client organizations. The role will oversee KPMG's end-to-end procurement management services, ensuring full compliance with client’s procurement policies across sourcing, tendering, contracting, procurement operations, change requests, and supplier management, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and standards. The Procurement Manager acts as a trusted advisor, providing clients with expert guidance while managing procurement activities to achieve efficiency, compliance, and quality standards. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Competencies:

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic procurement plans
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Expertise in supplier evaluation and relationship management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Power BI)
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic advisory services to clients.

Work experience:

• Minimum of 7–10 years of procurement or supply chain management experience
• Experience working with multiple clients or industries. Experience in healthcare is a plus

Training:

• Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CSCP).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
