Position: Client Consulting Manager

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid (50% onsite)

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (PH Time)

Salary Range: PHP 125,000 – 280,000 per month


(Equivalent to PHP 1.5M – 3.4M annually; no 13th month pay)


The Client Consulting Manager will lead and support consulting engagements, working closely with clients to help drive growth, improve portfolio performance, and develop strategic solutions. This role requires strong consulting experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting initiatives and assist in identifying new engagement opportunities with clients

• Participate in strategic and planning discussions with internal teams

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal inquiries

• Manage multiple priorities across simultaneous workstreams and projects

• Translate business problems into structured proposals with leadership guidance

• Develop frameworks, solutions, and recommendations that address key client challenges

• Deliver insights and measurable outcomes to support client growth and engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and regional counterparts

• Produce analyses and recommendations based on client portfolio data, including demographics, spending behavior, financial metrics, and more

• Provide strategic guidance based on both quantitative and qualitative insights


Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management

• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on ROI-driven recommendations

• Understanding of P&L drivers and financial indicators is an advantage

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

• Ability to build and deliver client-ready presentation materials

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a matrixed organization

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects independently

• Proven track record in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy environment

• Proficient in data visualization and data-driven storytelling

• Ability to develop templates, storyboards, and structured project flows

• Skilled at crafting proposals and conducting competitive analysis with guidance
