• Proven experience operating and setting up 4, 5, and 8 color printing machines.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and printing plate lists accurately.
• Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and routine maintenance procedures.
• Good organizational skills to manage production schedules and maintain accurate production records.
• Ability to train and guide co-workers and trainees on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure production quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Good communication skills to report machine issues and coordinate with supervisors effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
• Ability to work under supervision and independently when required.
• Basic understanding of production workflow and quality control standards.
