Responsibilities

• Operate and manage CTP machines with accuracy and care
• Convert digital artwork into high-quality printing plates
• Inspect files for alignment, resolution, and color consistency
• Maintain CTP equipment and ensure smooth pre-press workflow
• Work closely with pre-press and production teams to meet deadlines

Job Requirements

• Experience in CTP operation or pre-press work (preferred)
• Knowledge of offset printing and RIP software
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality
• Reliable, organized, and able to thrive under pressure
• Willing to work flexible schedules when needed
