• With at least 3 years of work experience as an offset printing operator
• Must be organized and hardworking
• Experienced in setting up, running, adjusting, and troubleshooting offset printing machines
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance
• Fully vaccinated and in good physical health
• Computer literate is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain offset printing machines to produce quality and consistent output
• Set up and adjust equipment according to printing job order requirements
• Monitor print quality to identify and resolve issues such as printing defects, color inconsistencies, and equipment problems
• Collaborate with artists to review artwork and ensure job specifications are accurately completed
• Perform daily routine checks and clean-up, along with regular maintenance of offset printing equipment (e.g., lubrication, cleaning/washing, replacement of worn parts) to minimize downtime
• Record production data and output (e.g., job order, production quantity, quality observations, machine number, operator names, used consumables, and others)
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a secure working environment

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with overtime until 5:00–6:00 PM)
