Description
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production and refrigeration equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and monitor proper operation of compressors, chillers, cold storage systems, ice machines, and HVAC units.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, including calibration and testing.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and complies with internal standards and government regulations (GMP, HACCP, DOLE, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emergency repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and actively contribute to a safe working environment.
Requirements
- College Graduate or Vocational.
- More on experience when it comes to Food Industry
- With Knowledge of Machinery, Refrigeration
