Machine Operator

Job Description
- Set up and operate SMT machines, including pick and place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Monitor production processes and inspect assembled boards for defects.
- Follow safety and quality standards to maintain high production efficiency.
- Work closely woth engineers and technicians to optimize machine settings and improve yield.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
- Basic technical Knowledge of SMT machines or willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina as the role often involves standing or repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required in the production process.
