Process order booking (manual and e-ordering_ of customer

• Track and Monitor orders and backlogs for fulfillment to customer

• Prepare weekly backorder reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Process FOC orders and RSTP Direct Roche orders

• Coordinate with 3PL to ensure complete and timely delivery as per lead time

• Provide timely update and feedback raised by customers

• Identify and escalate priority concerns

• Monitor orders and ensure no floating outbound and invoicing in completed in a timely manner

• Take part in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
