Description
- Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of insurance policies and related documents to clients.
- Assign delivery routes to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of policies.
- Verify the accuracy of policy documents and related materials before departure for each delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service during policy deliveries, addressing client inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of delivered policies, obtaining required signatures as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for secure and confidential delivery of sensitive documents.
- Report any delivery-related issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly to the dispatcher.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the company-owned delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs. Check and verify various payment methods, including cash, e-wallet, bank transfers, and checks, before and upon delivery.
- Ensure that payments received are accurate and properly documented, following established procedures.
- Handle payment-related inquiries and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.
- With own motorcycle
- With valid driver's license
- Experience is an advantage
