Operations Specialist (Remote)

• Monitor daily trading operational issues and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve issues.
• Manage the campaign's rewards distribution from A to Z, including alignment with the risk management department.
• Possess strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying key insights from data analysis. Define, track, and improve KPIs.
• Execute a highly efficient daily operations process to support the rapid growth of the business with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a risk mindset to enhance the governance and structure of daily operations.
• Propose reasonable solutions and plans for any issues encountered in projects.
• Collaborate with relevant business units to achieve optimal results for both contract trading and other business units.
• Assess business demands and provide comprehensive solutions and implementation ideas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the team leader.
