- Acquire and develop new business clients requiring commercial and business loans.
- Evaluate and process loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and prepare credit analysis reports.
- Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and ensure compliance with internal and external lending policies.
- Structure loan proposals and recommend appropriate financing solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing loan accounts, ensuring timely repayments and addressing delinquent accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Credit, and Collections, to ensure efficient loan processing and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or business loan processing, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and lending procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loans and financial services is an advantage.
