  • Assess borrower needs, evaluate loan applications, and provide excellent service.
  • Evaluate and approve loan applications.
  • Assess clients' financial backgrounds and credit risks.
  • Provide guidance on loan options and terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the documentation and closing process.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
