Job Summary:

The Live Seller is responsible for hosting and managing online live selling sessions, showcasing products such as ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics to engage customers and drive sales. This role requires strong communication and selling skills, an engaging personality, and a deep understanding of the brand and target market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host regular live selling sessions via platforms such as Facebook Live, TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other online channels.
• Showcase product features, benefits, and promotions in an energetic, clear, and persuasive manner.
• Engage with viewers by responding to questions and comments in real-time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content themes, script preparation, and promotions.
• Help prepare and arrange products, props, and setup for each live session.
• Monitor live stream metrics such as viewers, engagement, and sales conversions.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image throughout the live show.
• Assist with post-live tasks including order checking, product packing (if needed), and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• At least Senior High School graduate; College level or graduate is an advantage.
• With experience in live selling, hosting, sales, or customer service is a big plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills.
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera.
• Basic knowledge of beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle products preferred.
• Familiar with social media and live streaming tools (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, etc.).
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willing to work on-site with flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, or peak sales periods).
