直播后台操作员岗位负责直播前选品与脚本策划、直播中场控与实时调整、直播后数据复盘与优化迭代，并对转化率、GMV、停留时长、互动率及库存周转结果负责。
由于业务涉及跨团队沟通，候选人必须具备中文与英文双语工作能力（可用中文做主播与内部沟通、可用英文进行跨部门协作、报表说明与基础商务对接）。
同时熟悉TikTok/Shopee电商自播流程、流量与活动规则，能处理突发问题（断流、价格/库存异常、差评舆情）并快速给出可执行方案。
