About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cooking techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to prepare and plate meals that meet our brand’s standards of taste, presentation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and inform supervisors of stock shortages.
• Support other kitchen staff and coordinate effectively during service hours.
• Adhere to company policies, kitchen protocols, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook, Commis, or similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
