Description
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient sourcing.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt to changing menus and dietary needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in culinary arts or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, strong written and verbal communication, and heavy lifting capabilities. Experience with Thai cuisine is essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential for extended hours and physical demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and have a passion for cooking.
